1. What Areas do you currently serve?

We serve Minneapolis/St Paul Metro areas and all surrounding areas/cites.

2. How quickly can I get boxes delivered to my place?

We strongly recommend placing your order at least one to two weeks before you want to start packing. We’ll deliver them a few days before you want to start packing and pick them up when you’re done.

3. I am using professional movers, do you recommend I order dollies?

It’s easier on your back and greatly expedites the packing and unpacking process, we have made it easier, each package comes with a dolly for easy movement of totes/bin

4. What is your cancellation policy?

Life changes happen. Being a flexible business, we accommodate changes as long as it is at least 24 hrs. prior notice to cancel or reschedule a delivery or pick-up.

5. What if I damage or lose a rental item?

Fees for damaged products:

  • Totes: $30
  • Dolly: $100
  • Moving blankets: $20
  • Mobile Wardrobe: $50
6. What are your delivery and pick-up charges?

We charge a flat rate of $20 which includes delivery and pick up from old and new property. If moving outside of the Metro, delivery and pick up can be discussed.

7. How do I clean totes after unpacking?

We vacuum, sanitize, and inspect our totes before delivering them to you. We also perform a deep steam cleaning every quarter.

8. Do I need to tip the delivery and pick-up team?

Tipping is not mandatory, but is based on your discretion.

9. How is payment made and when is it due?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, AmEx, and Discover cards. When you use a credit card, a hold is placed on your card while we double-check your order. This is because we want to make sure we can accommodate your request before charging your card. Once we confirm the order, the charge will go through.

10. How much notice do you require to book a reservation/order more totes?

You can book far in advance of your moving date, and you have the opportunity to change dates up to 24 hrs. before the scheduled time for a last-minute order. Better still, call us for personalized arrangements or changes. We are a flexible and reasonable business.
